For your convenience, the "Emergency Information" tab to the left provides the phone numbers for PPL, Dessin Animal Shelter, Dog Warden, Adams Cable, etc.

Dial 911 for medical, fire, or police emergencies.

A reminder to Members and Guests -  Dogs are not to run free on the roadways or other members' property; and, if they are walked on a leash, be sure to pick up after the animal!  Please show the courtesy that some neighborhoods enforce.

Please remember that LCC has a building code that requires the Board to issue a building permit for expansions, decks, and storage sheds that also require a Paupack Township Building Permit.

Any member of the Board can help you get the application for the permit,.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Welcome to the Lakeland Colony website.

Residents, please log on and update your email address since we save money by sending notices and information by email.

A reminder - our new trash hauler, Butler Disposal, will begin providing the community with trash collection service on Monday, April 1, 2013. Trash should be at the roadside by 8:00 AM each Monday. For pick up large items (refrigerators, stoves, water heaters, etc) please call (570 689 2202) and arrange it. There is a charge directly to you for this service. These items, as well as, batteries, open paint cans, tires, gas containers (propane or gasoline) or anything hazardous, should not go into the community dumpster.

About Lakeland Colony

Nestled just above Lacawac Sanctuary, along the western shore at the southern end of Lake Wallenpaupack, Lakeland Colony is comprised of about 120 homes.  Uniquely,  Colony Corporation owns over 350 acres of woodlands set aside for member use and enjoyment. This woodland also serves as a buffer to the Colony, creating a private and beautiful backdrop for this active community.
